Ive been able to redeem $25 from YouGov since late last year. They did a redesign and I was able to redeem my points I earned before the redesign. I have about 6.5k points now trying to redeem $25 PayPal and every single time it says "Oops… something went wrong". Its been like this for over 2 weeks now. Ive sent 3 help desk ticket emails things and Ive never heard back.
Anyone know what I could do? I see no point in doin the surveys anymore if I cant even redeem them.
