anyone else is having problem with YouGov?

just wanted to ask if anyone else facing this :

whenever i get a survey, i literally have to answer random questions for 10-15minutes which aren't paid, then only to find myself in the page that gives me some information of how long the study will be for and the payment ?

thought yougov is decent site. here im answering questions for free until i pass that barrier to actually get a few pence?
