YouGov survey shows men are more likely to be open to non-monogamy

There was a recent YouGov survey on non-monogamy. Millennials are unsurprisingly more interested in non-monogamy than others generations, but I think the sex breakdown for some of the questions was more interesting:

For "On a scale where 0 is completely monogamous and 6 is completely non-monogamous, what would your ideal relationship be?", the answers for "0 – completely monogamous" were 47% for men, and 65% for women.

For "How would you react if your partner wanted to engage in sexual activities with someone else?", 59% of men and 75% of women said "I would not be okay with it".

This seems to go against the common view that men are more sexually possessive, and the idea on this sub that women are more open to "sharing" their male partners.

What do you guys think of these results? I've noticed in particular that men on this sub seem to be very into the idea that male sexual possessiveness has a biological basis (paternity certainty) – how do you explain the men in this survey being the ones who are more open to sharing their partners? And what do you think of women not actually being open to it (especially on a sexual-only basis, if you believe that women's main concern is exclusive access to a man's resources)?
