Ever since YouGov changed their website format I’ve been having trouble. I don’t even know where to find new surveys. They’ve stopped sending them to me. I emailed them and they didn’t respond.
I was finally like fuck it. I have over 55,000 points and wanted to redeem them for an Amazon gift card. When I tried , it wouldn’t let me. It kept saying “error while redeeming points” and “Please take care when entering your account details. YouGov will not be responsible for any incorrect details entered and any subsequent non-payment.” But they don’t give me a section to fill out any details.
I emailed them again and it’s radio silence. Is anyone else having issues with YouGov? I have spent a lot of time on their surveys. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
