My partner signed up to YouGov a couple of years ago and filled her profile with Labour-friendly views.
She's so far been selected to take part in approx one hundred surveys on which biscuit brands she's heard of, how proud she'd feel to work for Carphone Warehouse, whether she feels positively or negatively about a Gaby Logan ad for interdental toothpicks etc.
She was wondering who on Earth participates in all these political surveys, so I signed up and filled out my profile pretending to be a traditional "I'm alright Jack" Tory living in a marginal seat.
Weirdly enough I've been selected for THREE surveys about voting intentions since November this year and for the purposes of this experiment I've stayed in character and given Boris a glowing endorsement each time.
Sorry if this has already been covered a million times, but please don't believe the polls. They're utter unrepresentative bollocks.
