Yougov Polling Excluding “Recently Joined Panelists”

From where the crosstabs / report used to be for that mystery Oct 10-11 poll:

“YouGov was commissioned to a study of the electorate in the fall of 2019. It is YouGov's standard practice to exclude recently joined panelists from political tracking surveys, as during election seasons there are individuals who join survey panels with the express intention of distorting results in favor of a particular candidate. Unfortunately, the recent panelist exclusion was inadvertently omitted for this survey, which compromised the quality of the sample. We have asked the Tabuman Center to pull the public data associated with the compromised study and let YouGov recollect the data. It is YouGov’s corporate mission to ensure that our data is collected with the highest standards of quality.”

So – does that mean all the recent joiners for YouGov aren't getting any polls that will count for tracking? I've seen the screenshots of people who joined recently. So are those folks getting tossed out after the fact? Being used in non-tracking polls? Or did they have to ditch more surveys recently because they ran into this error again?
