YouGov polls – quick question

Hi all, I am a regular user of YouGov, regularly answering surveys enough to earn about £50-£100 per year most of the time. I usually get invited to an average of 1-2 surveys a day, usually on tv habits or purchasing trends, but often other stuff. I've had questions on politics and answered honestly, so my allegiance is not a secret to the site.

My last survey invite was around 22/10/19, when a question on voting intention was asked. Since when I have had no surveys; none, not even one asking about if I was thinking of switching energy supplier. This is compounded with a seeming inability to answer any of the "daily questions" on my feed ("unknown error") relating to politics.

Now I'm not prone to conspiracy theories or tinfoil hat wearing, but has anyone else experienced this problem? It was not one I had at the last election, or ever before.
