Stopped getting daily yougov surveys

For reference:

-I live in australia -completed daily surveys every day -never used a VPN while on yougov -420 points away from being able to get $25 AUD paypal

I've stopped getting the daily yougov surveys that I usually get, I got one survey per day and now nothing has popped up in app or online for 3 days

Is it just a issue with me or is no one else getting yougov surveys either
